* Refer to the following article.

Living abroad can be difficult, especially when it comes to banking. This important part of life is easy to overlook when planning to live abroad. Most banks will try hard to serve their customers and some even have multi-lingual tellers, making it easy to open a basic checking out. The only requirement is some kind of basic identification such as a driver’s license or passport. However, many expatriates voice complaints about the difficulty of receiving credit. Credit cards and loans are both based on the idea of credit and it is hard to earn a good credit rating as a person that lives abroad. This means that some people may have two checking accounts with the same bank in two different countries, and they will still experience problems doing business between the two. Things are changing though, as banks continue to improve their services and work to gain more customers.
Q40. Which of the following summarizes the passage?
  A. Koreans have a hard time living overseas.
  B. Expatriates in Korea can’t get a credit card.
  C. Banking is easy for expatriates.
  D. Banking is complicated for people living abroad.
